1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Taka VIP, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the Taka VIP platform, including the website at taka-vip.vip and the Taka VIP mobile application.

These Terms should be read alongside the Taka VIP Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Taka VIP. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Taka VIP reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Taka VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Taka VIP account.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Taka VIP account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Taka VIP uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended immediately.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. This information is used to verify your identity and to process payments. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — secure and confidential.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Taka VIP support immediately via live chat or email. Taka VIP is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

• Account registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• You must provide a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for payment processing.
• Taka VIP may request additional identity documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure at Taka VIP's discretion.

4 Deposits and Payments

Taka VIP accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three major mobile financial services used across Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion and no third-party processing fee applied by Taka VIP, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your Taka VIP account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Taka VIP will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

• Minimum deposit amount: 200 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and any limits set by your mobile financial service provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Taka VIP reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and used in play.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Taka VIP are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit will not be processed without prior approval from the Taka VIP compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing time on Taka VIP is under five minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. This is one of the fastest withdrawal turnaround times available on any gaming platform serving Bangladesh.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT.
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account tier and verification status.
• First-time withdrawals may require identity verification before processing.

• Taka VIP reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security review purposes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Taka VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that if you receive a 1,000 BDT bonus, you must place a total of 20,000 BDT in eligible bets before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable, once wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• Taka VIP reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Taka VIP use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game are accurate and based on verified audit data. Taka VIP does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on the platform has its own set of rules that govern how it is played, how wins are calculated, and how any special features function. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Taka VIP is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka VIP and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits that have been used in play.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Taka VIP reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
